Customers Can Then Change Their Flight For Any Future Departure Within Seven Days Of Their Original Flight. Additional Fees May Be Applied For Changing Itinerary, Class Of Service, Jetblue Missed Flight Policy Or More Than 7 Days In Advance. Customers Must Contact Jetblue Directly To Reschedule Flights. Passengers May Also Be Eligible For A Full Refund If Their Flights Are Cancelled Or Delayed More Than Three Hours. If You Have Missed A Jetblue Flight, The Airline Will Allow You To Rebook, Cancel Or Delay Your Flight. To Do So, Call Jetblue’s Customer Service Center Or Check The Website For Assistance. Depending On When You Missed The Flight, Jetblue Typically Offers Two Options: You Can Either Ticket Change Fee Or Same Day Standby. Ticket Change Fees Apply For Changes Made At Least One Hour Before The Scheduled Flight Departure, While Same Day Standby May Be Applicable For Fees Up To 60 Minutes Prior To Departure.
